Our team has also assisted men seeking refuge.
Our staff our trained and have indepth understanding on how to provide immediate help, guidance and support to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) callers, specifically those within the South Asian Communities.
Annually, over 30+ trained multilingual volunteers, under the guidance of the Helpline Operational Coordinator and two Counsellors, manage 3500+ calls dedicating 8500+ hours to support the callers.

Our team assists with various challenges including domestic and family violence, mental health, food insecurity, safe accommodation, emotional support and more.
Each case is evaluated and supported individually, and intervention is applied where necessary.
We conduct comprehensive case management assessments and refer cases to other support services to deliver holistic care and support.
