Harman Foundation’s sustainable fashion pilot initiative, the Thrift Factory, has had a successful initial phase. As part of its evolution as a pre-loved clothing and more model, it has been rebranded as Secondly Yours.

Our CEO & Co-founder, Harinder Kaur OAM, was awarded the title of Australian Sikh Woman of the Year 2024. The award was presented during a prestigious ceremony organised by the Australian Sikh Awards for Excellence, an initiative of Sikh Youth Australia and the Young Sikh Professionals Network.

Our Cofounder and CEO, Harinder Kaur, was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the 2024 King’s Birthday Honours for over 30 years of exceptional service to the community. The official ceremony took place on September 24, 2024, at Government House, Sydney, where the medal was presented by Her Excellency Margaret Beazley, Governor of NSW

Harman Foundation holds their 12th Light & Hope Annual Gala Dinner at Bowman Hall, Blacktown. A smashingly successful evening attended by over 350 people making the event their biggest fundraising initiative so far.
